Susie is amazing, start to finish. Our parents had lived in their home for fifty three years, so to say that it was a challenge to get all of the parts moving is a bit of an understatement. From having all of the necessary resources already available definitely was so helpful. There were a few 'hiccups' on the way that were completely out of her control. If I were her I would have walked away, not Susie. She is thorough, resilient and extremely 'hands on'. Shawna her assistant is also amazing!
